Policies, Reservations & Cancellations

At least one person in your party must be over 25 years of age to reserve a property. 

A deposit of $100.00 per golfer is required at the time of booking.

If a member of your party decides to cancel after their deposit is received they will lose the $ 100.00 deposit. Their $ 100.00 deposit will be applied to your account, however if you cancel after 24 hrs. of your reservation booking date then you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel after 30 days of making your reservation you will forfeit 60% of your entire deposit or you may elect to use the 60 % towards a future reservation within one year of the original arrive date, however there is a $100.00 rescheduling fee. The entire balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.

All of our published website prices and any customized packages are based on a cash or check payment. A 3 % convenience fee will be applied with the use of a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

We reserve the right to make accommodation changes due to repairs on rental properties or at owner requests. We reserve the right to make changes to all prices quoted on any golf packages due to rental property or golf course increases.

Prices do not include state and local taxes and 3.5 % Accidental insurance policy. All prices are in US funds and must be paid in US funds.

Golf refunds due to inclement weather will only be issued when courses are officially closed. We do not issue rain checks so please ask the pro at the golf course for a rain check if you wish to cancel. Any changes to tee times, course selections or reservations after 24 hours of booking are subject to a $50.00 charge.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control. Some restrictions may apply to the availability of lodging.
