Evian's popularity amongst vacationers is due in part to the European feeling created by the French Country architecture of the town homes and villas. A small community feeling is created through the inviting pool which is just steps away on the edge of a 5 acre lake in a serene park-like setting, complete with quaint park benches, garden paths, picturesque gazebo and graceful foot bridge over the water. Adjacent to the pool are the free lighted tennis courts.
