| Our Deluxe 3 Bedroom villas are for the foursomes who desires
the best accommodations that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Our villas are located in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, Shelter Cove Marina and in the Port Royal Plantation. All deluxe villa's offer large bedrooms, living rooms, full kitchens, and plenty of baths. The Palmetto Dunes Plantation offers tranquil settings and only minutes to the beach. Our Shelter Cove villas called "Yacht Clubs" are centrally located on the island. These deluxe units offer great views of the marina and are within walking distance to the bars, restaurants & nightlife. Stay in the Port Royal Plantation and you are within walking distances of 3 Championship golf courses. All package prices below are per golfer per night and based on a 4 golfer minimum. The prices include your lodging, green and cart fees, plus your guaranteed advanced bookings of your tee times at any of the 18 courses listed in Section A below.  A Typical Yacht Club Villa's (Click photo for more pictures of this property 3 BR / 3 BA ( King, Queen, Two Twins) This luxurious 3BR/3BA villa offers one of the most thrilling views on the island for you will be directly overlooking the exciting Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina as well as the beautiful pool and spa set in a gorgeous garden of palms and florals. With light tiled floors, molding and windows capitalizing on the spectacular views as well as all new furniture in a British West Indies theme, you will immediately know you have found a villa that you will want to return to year after year. The great room is decorated with palm printed wicker cabinets, an "L" shaped sectional, a beautiful end table and coffee table featuring in-laid wood, plants, floral arrangements and various lamps supporting the West Indies theme. For true entertainment excitement is a handsome 40" flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. Off the living room is a private balcony for spectacular views.The master bedroom continues in a British West Indies theme with a wicker king bed, beautiful palmed end tables and chest of drawers with a TV and DVD. The beautiful Yacht Club villas are less than a two-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants of the popular Shelter Cove Harbour. The beach and ocean is via the Palmetto Dunes plantation, which can be accessed by car with a Palmetto Dunes pass, by the Palmetto Dunes Buggy free shuttle service or by bicycling. Also of interest, you will have the best seat in the house as you view the fireworks from your balcony every Tuesday evening during summer. There is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle runs from June 1, 2008 till right after Labor Day in September.

Devonshire Villas in Port Royal Village As you enter, a tiled foyer ultimately leads you to the dining and living rooms where French doors open to a beautifully landscaped courtyard, perfect for grilling. A spacious eat-in kitchen, with dishwasher and washer/dryer, completes the first floor. Two downstairs bedrooms, the master and a guest bedroom offer private baths.
