These extraordinary new homes offer private small pools or spa, modern beautiful kitchens and family rooms, master bedrooms with private baths, TV's and VCR's throughout various rooms, washer/dryer, decks, porches, and patios. Additionally, you will find grills, 4 car parking, and a wagon for transporting beach gear. Located at the entrance to a small beach park, this enclave of new beautiful vacation homes is approximately a 4 minute walk to the beach over a boardwalk through a pine forest and pristine salt marsh. | The spacious great room on the second floor has beautiful columns and oak hardwood floors. The living room with high ceilings and crown moldings is beautifully furnished and offers armoire with TV/VCR/DVD and gas fireplace. The fantastic kitchen has all new appliances, granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets and breakfast bar. The dining room area seats six. The first of five bedrooms has a king bed and a bath accessible from the bedroom or the hall. A separate laundry room is also available. Upstairs on the third floor are three more bedrooms. The master has a king bed with TV/VCR/DVD and master bath with spa tub. All bedrooms offer TV's, VCR's. The baths are decorated with travertine stone and granite countertops. The third bedroom also offers a king bed and the fourth bedroom offers two twins. The first floor offers the fifth bedroom providing a trundle bed which converts to two twins. Also in this room is a pool table and foosball table. This is a great place to relax, have some drinks and shoot some stick.
